Richard has been involved in PR for over 20 years. In his current position, he is responsible for strategic plans, corporate positioning, key messaging, active and reactive public relations, issues/crisis preparedness, community engagement, and social media. Previously, as National Communications Director at AT&T Wireless, Richard created corporate marketing communications plans and programs, managed media relations activities to launch national products/services, was national spokesperson for print/broadcast media, and led crisis communications and media response for workplace issues, disaster response and “cell phones cause cancer”. He also worked as Director of Marketing at Stroh Ranch Development where he created all marketing, public relations, advertising, community engagement and governmental relations for new 2500-acre community. Richard currently serves as Volunteer for Denver Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Denver Partnership, University of Colorado Graduate School of Architecture (speaker), Denver Chamber Gold Member Alliance Program (group leader), Denver Small Business Development Center (speaker). He earned BS in Business from Penn State He is a member of Downtown Denver Partnership, Denver Chamber , Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, Denver Chamber Gold Alliance .
Having been involved in marketing and public relations for 15 years, Kristen is currently responsible for all marketing and public relations campaigns for Goodwill Industries of Denver. Previously, as Associate Director of Media Relations at Regis University, Kristen was responsible for assisting in the fundraising and image building efforts for the University by ensuring appropriate social and traditional media placement. At the time of her departure in 2008, Regis University had received record-breaking media coverage. Prior to Regis University, she was co-owner of Krisp Productions-a small production/public relations company. Many of her public relations clients followed from her previous position as Director of Advertising and Public Relations for the Gift Building in New York City; a high-end merchandise mart catering to retail buyers. Kristen currently serves as a volunteer for the American Marketing Association and is a past board member for the Denver Press Club. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from The University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Regis University. She is a current member of the American Marketing Association and the local CMO Club.
Susan has been involved in communications and public policy for 15 years. In her current position, she is responsible for overseeing SE2's nonprofit consulting practice, providing communications and fundraising services to a wide array of clients. She additionally provides strategic guidance on issue positioning and messaging, working with clients on public policy and social issues. She has particular expertise in health care, public health, coalition building and advocacy. Previously, as Executive Director at Colorado Tobacco Education and Prevention Alliance, Susan was responsible for managing a coalition of more than 30 member organizations including the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and American Lung Association of Colorado. There she spearheaded advocacy activities resulting in the passage of Senate Bill 71, Colorado's Tobacco Settlement Bill. Later, working with the same coalition while at SE2, Susan helped in the passage of smoke-free ordinances in communities throughout Colorado and, along with partner Eric Sondermann, helped oversee a successful ballot initiative campaign to fund health care through an increase in the state's tobacco tax. She earned Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado.

The Chambers Center is Light Rail accessible. Light Rail runs parallel to I-25 and the University of Denver station is across the street from the north side of campus (Routes at DU Station E, F & H). The Light Rail station is three blocks from Chambers Center. The website is http://www.rtd-denver.com. From Downtown Denver (Market Street Station, Union Station or the 16th Street Mall) Take the E, F or H lines to University of Denver Station, which is north of Buchtel Boulevard at High Street. From Littleton Station, take the C or D Lines North to Broadway Station then transfer to the Southbound E, F, or H Line to University of Denver Station. From Denver International Airport, take the AF bus (located just outside either East or West baggage claim level, on the outermost island of the “Ground Transportation” section outside – look for “RTD- Public Bus” signs). The cost of this bus is $8 (exact change only). Upon boarding, be sure to ask for a “transfer.” Get off at Market Street Station. To get to DU from Market Street Station, exit the South door and walk to the island to take the Free 16th Street Mall Shuttle either 1.) East to Stout Street. Get off at Stout Street and take the F or H Light Rail lines SOUTH to University of Denver Station OR 2.) West to Union Station, take the E Light Rail line SOUTH to University of Denver Station. Use your transfer ticket you received from the bus so that you do not have to buy a ticket on light rail.
