Ray has 21 years of professional experience in nonprofit development work. He is Vice President of Development for the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) in Washington, DC, an advocacy organization with 340,000 members nationwide. At NPCA, Ray oversees a department that raises approximately $11 million annually and is conducting a major, national capital campaign. Prior to NPCA, he was the chief development officer at Washington National Cathedral. Ray has worked closely with Boards of Directors for 15 years. He has staffed Development Committees in two organizations, a full Board of Trustees at the National Cathedral Association, and the Campaign Executive Committee in his current role at NPCA. He actively recruits volunteers and informally advises nonprofit colleagues and peers on board and volunteer development strategies.
Lee MacVaugh has over 20 years of fundraising experience, concentrating on high-end donors, corporations, and foundations at three nonprofits. He has served on three Boards of Directors and has worked closely with three Boards as a Director of Development & Fundraising. His responsibilities in his current position are to recommend new Board members to the existing Board; to craft a two-year Strategic Plan; and to seek Board suggestions on donors to meet face-to-face. In his two previous positions, he established an Endowment Fund with the assistance of the Board, and traveled extensively across the United States joining Board members to meet with well-heeled donors and corporations. He has a B.A. degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MA, from American University, in International Relations and Economics.
Audley (Buddy) Wolfe, Jr, has over 30 years experience in fund raising and non-profit organizations. His leadership in the field of fundraising includes extensive work with the Boards of more than 100 nonprofit organizations as well as serving as a Board member and officer himself for seven organizations. Buddy also created the "Board Calling Program," an effective training program for Trustees that involves on-site training on how to speak to and solicit prospective supporters and “Relationship Marketing” a training program that helps nonprofit leadership build teamwork and donor relationships using the simple concepts of “Family, Friends, Acquaintances, and Strangers.” Buddy received his Bachelor of Arts in Poltical Science and a Masters in Public Administration from West Virginia University. He is a long time active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, both the DC and Columbus OH Chapters.

By Train: If you are traveling by train, you will arrive at Union Station where you have two options to continue. From North, I-95 Take Interstate 95 south to Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) towards Silver Spring/Northern Virginia. Once on I-495, take exit 33, Connecticut Avenue. You will head south on Connecticut Avenue. Stay on Connecticut Avenue until you come to Dupont Circle. Enter the Circle and take the Massachusetts Avenue Exit. The venue will be approximately 1 block down on your left. From Northwest, I-270 Take Interstate 270 to Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) towards Silver Spring.
