Melanie Buhrmaster-Bunch is the Director of Corporate Relations for the University at Buffalo . Throughout her 15-year fundraising career, Melanie has worked with educational, cultural, and human service organizations, and has gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of development — with special emphasis on corporate relations. At the University at Buffalo, Melanie`s primary responsibility is to build mutually beneficial relationships that introduce companies to philanthropic opportunities designed to maximize branding potential, while supporting research, educational, and public service priorities at the university.
Sharon Mann is a Public Relations Coordinator and Organizational Expert for Pendaflex, the world`s leading maker of innovative filing and organizational products which include the Pendaflex and Oxford brand. Sharon is responsible for managing cause related marketing opportunities for the company which include current relationships with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Feed the Chilren, The First Step Program of The Coalition for the Homeless and Conservation International. She is responsible for researching and seeking new strategic partners as it relates to cause marketing for the company along with garnering PR. In addition Sharon coordinates the agreements with the charities as well as any follow up reports.
In his current position, Ken is responsible for understanding the needs of both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and helping them partner with each other to create a winning cause marketing relationship. Social Networks, Online Fundraising, Cause Marketing, and leveraging the boards of non-profits to raise funds are some of the responsibilities he has with current customers. Before giftback, Ken was a philanthropist giving and raising money for many worthy causes. He was and still continues to sit on multiple advisory boards of the non-profits to help with fundraising and cause marketing campaigns.
