Program Evaluations 201: Using evaluation data to set direction, expand impact and maintain accountability

If you are already involved in conducting evaluations for your organization, you will know that it is often difficult to decide how often to conduct an evaluation, what data to collect, who should collect it, and who it should be collected from. In this advanced seminar, we will review a number of different evaluation models so that you can determine which is best suited to your organization.  We will also cover the following topics:

-The shoestring approach to evaluation: how to operate on a limited budget, with limited time frame, and insufficient data
-Internal versus external program evaluations
-Understanding the limits of evaluation data and how to ensure you use your evaluation for the right purposes
-How evaluation data can best be used to determine the future direction of your organization
-How much information to share with your stakeholders when the results of an evaluation emerge

If you are looking to make the most of your evaluations and put your data to effective use, this session should not be missed.  This session is intended for Executive Directors, senior level staff, and board members.
