In his current position, James has created a fundraising committee to reach out to corporations for cash, in-kind, and volunteer contributions. Previously, as Director of Development for The Cable Center, he was part of a team that created a fund raising campaign focused on the cable television industry which raised tens of millions of dollars. He worked with a committee of 12 cable TV executives to solicit funds from all technology vendors working in the industry. James is a current member of the Society of Cable Television Engineers. He has a B.S. degree from Wayne State University, and is a graduate in Film Making and Production of the Hollywood Film Institute.
In his current position, Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NITA’s public programs, in-house training, publications and development, as well as sales and marketing, finance, HR and other functions. He brings broad experience in both the for-profit and non-profit realms, having served as COO for Right Hand Manager Software, VP Corporate Development for Maxager Technology, and Executive Director of The Bionomics Institute, a non-profit think tank focused on the role of technology in economic policy and business practices. Steve began his career on Wall Street as a research assistant to Alan Greenspan and as Associate Economist at Bear Stearns, having received his AB in Economics from Princeton University in 1986.
In his current position, Luke runs all aspects of John Elway’s partnerships and endorsements regarding sports including his Arena Team. In 2007, he started a nonprofit organization for Elway focusing on Youth Football, and developed several hundred thousand dollars annually in donations to fund scholarship programs, mentorship, and buy equipment for underprivileged kids. Luke serves as a Board Member for Arc Thrift of Colorado. He is the on the Executive committee for the largest Social Enterprise in the State of Colorado with over 750 paid employees and $45m in annual revenue. Luke is currently the President Elect for the National Football Foundation - Colorado Chapter.

Mentoring sessions cover the same topics as the seminars, and we will assign you a mentor based on his/her availability at your requested times.
