Francine Butler Is Chairman of the Board of the Resource Center for Associations, a company providing headquarters and management services for non-profit organizations and membership societies. In this role she has served as Executive Director of C3 and C6 organizations for over 20 years, provided board guidance, orientation and development as well as setting up foundations for those societies. She also serves as Executive Vice President of the Association Management Company Institute (AMCI). . In addition to an extensive association management background, she holds a PhD in research administration. The focus of the presentation is on locating and maximizing the tools available to those responsible for finding funding sources.
Kristen has a diversified background in development, nonprofit consulting and program management. Through her work at El Pomar Foundation and various nonprofits, she has become passionate about ethical fundraising that focuses on donor fulfillment. Consultant roles have mainly dealt with board development, strategic plan creation, effective time management and internal structure. In addition, Kristen is active within the Colorado Springs community through serving on several boards that focus on engaging youth and young adults in philanthropy. Currently, she is the Development Director at Northern Churches Care, a Colorado Springs nonprofit that assists families that are facing a crisis with basic essential needs.
Vikki is a Certified Grant Specialist and Certified Grant Reviewer, as well as nonprofit consultant. She has incorporated sophisticated techniques to make full use of the Foundation Center’s Professional Online, FoundationSearch and iWave research tools. Vikki’s approach to development and fund-raising is one of partnership with funders and is geared toward transformational giving versus transactional giving. She is an active member of Association of Fundraising Professionals and has earned over 30 hours toward certification as a fund raising executive (CFRE). Her BS degree is in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University. In addition to proposal writing and review, Vikki also writes copy for direct mail, brochures, and websites, to name a few. As an avid reader, she is also a mystery book reviewer.
Our unique one-on-one mentoring sessions offer you the opportunity to sit down with an experienced fundraising professional for 30 minutes to discuss any questions that are specific to your organization. Mentoring sessions cover the same topics as the seminars, and we will assign you a mentor based on his/her availability at your requested times.
Mentoring sessions are available for the cost of $60.00 per session. If you register for a full Summit pass, 2 mentoring sessions are included in the pass.
