Throughout her work, Jackie helps nonprofit organizations to participate in collaborative programs, services and workspace solutions. Jackie manages the NonProfit Center’s mix of organizational learning, professional development and wellness activities. She assisted with the development of the center’s Shared Space, providing affordable workstations and offices for smaller organizations who co-locate. She is the lead author for “Shared Services: a Guide to Creating Collaborative Solutions for Nonprofits,” recently published by Tides. She is currently working to expand shared purchasing and volunteer management services at the center. Previously, as Manager of Consulting Services at Center for Women and Enterprise, Jackie oversaw the offering of strategic, financial and communications consulting services to support the needs of small business owners. Before that, she worked as Project Manager at Environmental Defense Fund where she was responsible for partnering with companies to create effective environmental solutions. Jackie currently volunteers for Brotes de Esepranza, an environmental and community action group for second graders at the Amigos school. She earned Masters in Business Administration from Yale University and a Masters in Environmental Management from Yale University.
Anita has been involved in nonprofit management for 15 years. In her current position, she focuses on building coalitions for community real estate development and alliances as strategies for program growth, capacity building and financial stability. Anita has built effective coalitions to develop over a quarter of a million dollars of mixed use arts and commercial spaces. She has designed effective mergers for arts organizations and advised educational, social service, and community arts organizations on the viability of strategic alliances. Previously, as director of business development and planning at New England Foundation for the Arts, Anita was responsible for day-to-day operations of a $5.5m foundation. Before that, she worked in various positions in the public sector, developing fiscal and management policy for state and local governments. Anita has served on several boards of nonprofit organizations, including Friends of Fort Point Channel, Teen Voices, the Arts and Business Council and Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre. She earned a MBA in business administration from UMass Amherst and a BS in Economics from Clark University.
Roger has been involved in information technology for 18 years. In his current position, he has used strategic alliances to match nonprofit organizations with Information Technology Solution Providers in order to offer strategic and hands-on IT assistance and outsourcing. Previously, as Senior VP, BIO at PNC Financial Services Group, Roger was responsible for information technology, finance, accounting and operations for the state and NASD compliance line of business. Here he coordinated many strategic alliances to support his own business group as well as recommending strategic vendors for PNC. He has served as liaison to the PFPC and PNC Financial Services Group corporate IT teams, reporting to the Chief Information Officer of PFPC with a dotted line to the Line of Business Executive Vice President. He earned Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. He is a member of Boston Society for Information Management, SIM, the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Merrimack Valley Venture Forum.
Deidre has been involved in non-profit and project management for 19 years. In her current position, she is responsible for creating strategic partnerships with local and international organizations. Previously, as VP at Brighton Development Corporation, Deidre was responsible for general organizational management responsibilities and for creating partnerships with for-profit and non-profit organizations as well as public entities. These partnerships, were critical to developing award-winning housing and neighborhood revitalization projects. Before that, she worked as Director of National Consulting and Project Manager at is Artspace Projects Inc. where she was responsible for identifying opportunities and partners for housing, live workspace, and historic preservation projects in new geographic areas. Additionally, she trained local nonprofit organizations' staff and board to prepare them for participation as general partners in development transactions. She earned Bachelors in International Relations Diplomacy from University of Minnesota and a Loeb Fellowship from Harvard.

Parking at the Simmons College Due to limited parking in the urban area around Simmons, we encourage visitors to use alternative transportation when commuting to Simmons. Limited parking is available on nearby streets and private garages. There are three parking garages in the area: Simmons Garage [P1 on map] THIS GARAGE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO CFNPS ATTENDEES DUE TO THE NUMBER OF SIMMONS STUDENTS.
This garage is a public parking garage that is utilized by mall customers and area businesses. They are open from 6am -12am and have 204 parking spots on a first come, first serve basis.
